HOW TO USE
Please ensure the skin is clean and free from any products that may cause irritation before applying Calm Balm. Patch test the face and body separately before use. Apply a small amount to each area and monitor how your skin responds within 24 hours.
Apply Calm Balm to affected and surrounding areas at least twice daily (morning and evening). Safe for use up to 6 times a day. For best results, use consistently - even on clear days - to lock in moisture and support the skin barrier.
HOW TO STORE
As this cream is made from natural butters and oils, it must be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Summer Heat? Separated Balm? No Stress — Here’s the Fix
Because we use only natural ingredients with no water, fillers, or synthetic emulsifiers, the balm can sometimes separate—especially during warm weather or travel. This is completely normal and doesn’t affect the quality or effectiveness.
If you notice separation (you might see a yellow and grey colour difference in the balm), simply place the glass jar in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes to soften. Once it loosens, stir gently to bring the oils and butters back together, then pop it in the fridge to reset. It’ll be good as new and ready to use.

“For years I struggled with difficult skin: constant flares, irritation, sleepless nights, and the frustration of feeling misdiagnosed and misunderstood. I reached a point where I was genuinely scared to try new products because nothing seemed to help. That experience pushed me to begin researching the skin barrier and exploring the potential of gentle, natural ingredients.
I wanted to create something for myself, something safe that I could actually use on my own skin. That journey eventually led to our first product, the Calm Balm. What started as a very personal solution has since grown into something far bigger, and it still feels surreal to know so many people are now having positive experiences with it. I've been using the calm balm for the past 3 weeks. I'm seeing a slow change in my skin. My hand eczema is quite severe so I don't expect miracle results like others have had.
