Calm Balm is a soft natural butter made using nutrient-rich superfoods. Packed with an abundance of omega fatty acids, lauric acids, linoleic acids and phytosterols, it provides powerful anti-inflammatory benefits, making it ideal for soothing irritated or itchy skin.
HOW TO USE
Before use, please make sure the skin is clean and free from skin irritating chemicals.
When the skin is dry, irritated or inflamed, apply Calm Balm to the skin mimimum three times a day to deeply moisturise, ease itch and regulate inflammation. It is important to prevent the skin from drying, and completely safe to apply Calm Balm maximum 6 times a day.
It’s important to use Calm Balm consistently. On days where the skin is clear (free from dryness, irritation and inflammation), continue applying Calm Balm to lock in moisture and repair the skin barrier.
HOW TO STORE
As this cream is made from natural butters and oils, it must be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
If allowed to melt, it will lose its thick, buttery texture. Simply move to a cool place (can be kept in a refrigerator) and stir once cooled and set. Melting does not harm the product or affect its efficiency.

A Short Story
Our founder experienced chronic skin inflammation for 5 long years. Despite seeking professional help, she was misdiagnosed and misunderstood. From dealing with uncomfortable skin & sleepless nights to feeling like ‘nothing works’, she was keen to find a solution. It led her to studies in nutritional therapy, where she focused on the epidermal barrier and the potency of natural, anti-inflammatory ingredients. I love this balm, clearly. Gotten through it and have been using it on my whole body. I love using it along with epiderm. The ingredients feel nourishing and the balm is great when I’m weeping. Helps calm my skin down.
I began using calm balm 2 weeks ago after nearly 2 years of constant eczema. In just a couple weeks the redness has significantly lessened - it is worth noting I have also adjusted my diet recently however I really think the calm balm has helped massively!
